Here is an overview of what you can expect working with us. We're known for our personalized approach and attention to detail.
1. Let's chat
Fill out our inquiry form and we will confirm our availability. If we're available, we'll schedule some time to chat. Ask us anything that comes to mind! We'll get to know you more, and mutually decide if it's a good fit..
After our call you'll receive a digital agreement and invoice based on our discussion. You can make things official by simply signing the agreement & completing the 40% deposit. Now we can start planning!

3. Preparation
As we get closer to your wedding date, we will be available to help you as you may need; vendor recommendations, collaborating with your planner, etc. We will officially meet about 2 months ahead of the wedding to talk through your timeline and then the week prior to talk through any potential changes and last questions so that you can wake up on your wedding day completely stress free.
4. your wedding day
The day is here! Our goal is to make your wedding completely stress free so that you’re able to be fully present in the moment, taking it all in. During weddings we are dynamic and go with the natural flow of your day. Our style is documentary most of the day, but we’ve found it’s helpful for us to set the stage for some parts (ie: family formals, first looks, and such). All the while, paying attention to details, fluffing your dress, adjusting your dress to everything you’ve worked hard for shines.
5. Gallery delivery & Album Design
You will receive your gallery approximately 6 weeks after your wedding through a seamless online gallery. Through this gorgeous gallery, you can download and share all of your high resolution images right to your computer and phone. We believe a story is not fully told until it’s in your hands so we also work with you to design a completely unique album that will become your legacy for years and generations to come.

By limiting the amount of weddings we capture, we ensure that we are present in the moment with you, making sure no moment gets lost.. Plus, we’ve streamlined our delivery process so you’ll receive your full, unrestricted gallery in just 6 weeks—quick, easy, and ready to be relived.

When should we schedule our engagement session?
We typically add travel fees on to any wedding outside of a 100 mile radius from our home in Arlington, Virginia. Fees vary depending on location so ask us for more details.
When do you charge travel fees for weddings?
The exact amount varies from wedding to wedding. On average we deliver 70-80 images per hour of coverage.
How many photos will we receive?
